Ha! That’s good. The spending plan is just that….. a large, pork filled, pet-project justifying waste of everyone’s money….. money that nobody actually has.
I get so frustrated with the “guvmint”. They seem to have no sense whatsoever. Let’s see. I think I’ll borrow my way out of money problems. Yeah, that’ll work. Or not.
