Is The Constitution Still Legally Binding?

Found this article over at Redstate.com. We should all read it.  It is a sad situation that our government has come to this.  It is time for us to return to our Constitution.

    Since that day we have seen American citizens held without trial or due process, we have tortured prisoners, we have eliminated habeas corpus, we have abandoned the Geneva Convention, we have seen the Vice president declare that his office is not accountable to anyone, we have telecom companies helping the government search our private communication without warrants, and somehow we started a war without the constitutionally required congressional declaration of war.

    Short answer, no, the Constitution has not been in force for seven years.
